Norfolk Housing Association utilizes a mixed-model approach in providing rental accommodations. Approximately half of the tenants under the Norfolk umbrella pay a rental amount geared to their gross monthly income. In order to support this subsidy, NHA also provides approximately half of the units at market levels.

Due to increased demand and a limited inventory of subsidized suites, NHA currently has a wait-list for subsidized units.

Market units are more readily available. Interested applicants can contact the office directly at 403.270.3062 on the first day of every month to obtain information about vacancies and rental rates.
