Depending on the type of request you should typically hear from the maintenance team within 24 -72 hours. If you have not heard anything with 4 business days please contact the office at 403-270-3062.

If, at any time, your maintenance concern gets worse and would be considered an emergency please call the Norfolk Emergency Line at 403-651-3717.

Examples of Emergency calls can include but are not limited to:

Major Leaks, Electrical Failure, No Heat/Hot Water, Locked out of your Unit and Elevator Malfunction
